Symposium on Translation and Interpreting for Indigenous Languages
Saturday, November 9th, Montréal, QC

FIT-North America is proud to announce the first FIT-NA symposium, “Translation and Interpreting for Indigenous Languages,” in honor of and aligned with the FIT 2019 Theme for International Translation Day, honoring the United Nation’s International Year of Indigenous Languages. The Symposium is open to all interested parties and will be held in downtown Montréal at the headquarters of l’Ordre des Traducteurs, Terminologues, et Interprètes Agréés (OTTIAQ). 

Registration will be limited to the first 30 in-person attendees.

Symposium sur la traduction et l’interprétation des langues autochtones 
Samedi 9 novembre, Montréal, QC

La FIT Amérique du Nord (FIT-NA) est fière d’annoncer la tenue de son premier symposium « La traduction et l’interprétation des langues autochtones » sur le thème de la Journée mondiale de la traduction 2019 qui s’aligne sur l’Année internationale des langues autochtones proclamée par les Nations Unies. Le symposium est ouvert à toutes les parties intéressées et se tiendra au siège social de l’Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec (OTTIAQ), au centre-ville de Montréal.

Les inscriptions sont limitées aux 30 premières personnes qui s’inscriront pour participer sur place.
